Terms of Service

These terms set out the basic agreement between users and VPNPT when using its cross-border network access subscription service. Please read them before creating an account, starting a subscription or using a route. Continued use of the service means that you accept the terms then in effect. If you do not agree, stop using the service and review the relevant policies linked on this page.

Service and scope

VPNPT provides network acceleration routes for cross-border access, along with related account features. The service covers 120+ countries / 250+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes and client access options available for connection are those shown in your account. Connection methods and suitable use cases may vary by route; users should choose based on the requirements of the services they access.

Connection quality depends on factors such as the user's local network, destination network, device settings and the status of third-party services. Coverage indicates the range of services available to choose from; it does not mean every route performs the same way in every location or at all times, nor does it guarantee that third-party websites or apps will always allow access.

Accounts and subscriptions

No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users should keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for actions taken through their account. If you notice signs of unusual account activity, change your password promptly and report the issue through the support option in your account so it can be reviewed.

Subscriptions support an unlimited number of devices online at the same time. This applies to the account holder's own management and use of their devices; it does not permit resale, rental or account sharing with third parties. Users may not offer an account, subscription credentials or route access as a standalone product, or organize shared use of one account to avoid a regular subscription. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire.

Acceptable use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and follow the relevant terms when accessing international websites or using third-party services. Users must not use VPNPT for unlawful activity or use the service for unauthorized access, disruption of network operations, distribution of malicious software, infringement of others' rights or other conduct that harms network security.

Users are responsible for the content they choose to access, the information they submit and their use of the service. VPNPT provides network connectivity and does not manage the content or transactions of third-party websites, nor does it make commitments about third-party service rules, content or outcomes. If users need to determine whether a particular use is lawful, they should first review the applicable rules and then decide whether to proceed.

Service operation and scope of responsibility

To maintain routes, security and account features, VPNPT may carry out maintenance, adjust route configurations or address network faults. Maintenance and faults may temporarily make some routes unavailable or affect connection performance. VPNPT will work to restore service where reasonably practicable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times or on every network.

Access issues caused by a user's device or local network, restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, changes to destination networks or other factors beyond the reasonable control of the service should not automatically be treated as VPNPT route failures. Users can try another suitable route and check their device settings first. If the issue continues, submit a report through the support option in your account so it can be investigated based on the circumstances.

Restrictions and account termination

If an account is used for unlawful purposes, unauthorized sharing or resale, or repeated conduct that affects routes and other users' normal service, VPNPT may restrict the relevant access, suspend the service or terminate the account, depending on the circumstances. Any action will take into account the nature of the conduct and its impact on service operation. Users may provide an explanation through the support option in their account if an issue requires review.

When discontinuing use of the service, users should take care of any login information and subscription credentials saved on their devices. Stopping use does not automatically change subscription records already created or remove responsibility for earlier use. For information about the handling of personal data, see the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms and refund guidance

VPNPT may revise these terms in response to changes in service features, operating arrangements or applicable rules. Revised text will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Users should review the new terms before continuing to use the service after a change. If you have questions about an update, contact support through the option in your account.

For refund eligibility and how to apply, see the separate Refund Policy.
