Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNPT handles relevant data when providing cross-border network access subscriptions and operating this website. Account data, website analytics, and connection data serve different purposes, as explained below. Please read this information before using the service. To access or manage account data, submit a request through the user panel.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required to register with VPNPT; you only need to set a username and password. The username identifies your account, and the password verifies your login. Keep your login credentials secure. When you use a plan, the system needs to retain your selected plan, activation and expiration status, data usage, and order records. This information is used to display plan benefits, calculate remaining data, process orders, and review refund requests. It is associated with your account but is not used to create records of the websites you visit.

Support tickets and replies submitted through the user panel are used to handle the relevant requests. When reporting an issue, provide only the information needed to investigate it. Do not include passwords, complete payment credentials, or personal data unrelated to the issue in your ticket.

Connection Data and No-Logs Policy

VPNPT does not record which websites users visit or retain connection logs that could reconstruct individual cross-border connection activity. When a connection is established, the network service temporarily processes information needed to transmit data. This is different from saving browsing history or keeping connection logs linked to an account. After a connection ends, VPNPT does not retain destinations or individual connection records in a form that can be traced back through logs.

Plan data allowances still need to be calculated, so data usage and subscription status are shown in your account. Usage is billing and plan-benefit data; it is not a list of websites visited. To troubleshoot a connection issue, descriptions and screenshots you provide in a support ticket are handled as ticket data, not collected from access logs.

Website Analytics, Cookies, and Local Storage

The website may process page visits, referring pages, and basic technical information provided by your browser to check that pages work properly, identify errors, and improve content. Website analytics and VPNPT cross-border connection activity are separate types of data: analytics measure visits to website pages and do not record which international websites users access through the service.

Cookies or browser local storage may be used to maintain your login session, remember your language choice, and save necessary interface preferences. If you clear this data, you may need to log in again or reset your preferences. Browsers generally let you view and clear data stored by this site; restricting necessary storage may affect account features.

Payments

VPNPT supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After you choose a payment method, the corresponding third-party payment service handles the payment process, and its own rules govern how it collects and uses payment information. VPNPT retains transaction results and order records needed to complete orders, verify payment status, and process refunds. Follow the instructions provided by the relevant payment service for information requested on its payment page.

If you have questions about an order status, log in and submit a support ticket through the user panel with information that can help verify the order. Do not submit complete payment credentials in a ticket.

Data Retention and Deletion

While your account is active, VPNPT retains the account, usage, and order data needed to provide the subscription service. After the service ends, data no longer needed for this purpose is deleted or de-identified. Transaction or dispute records that must be retained by law are handled after the relevant obligations end. Support ticket data is retained for handling requests and necessary follow-up checks. VPNPT does not promise that all data will be deleted as soon as an account is closed, since some order records may still need to be kept by law.

To access, correct, or request deletion of account-related data, log in and submit a support ticket through the user panel, specifying the data you want us to handle. VPNPT will verify the connection between the request and the account, then inform you of the outcome. If any information must still be retained by law, we will explain why it cannot be deleted immediately.

Policy Changes

If service features or data handling practices change, VPNPT will update this page and the last-updated date at the top. Significant changes to data use will be announced through appropriate on-site channels before the new rules take effect, where applicable. We recommend reviewing this page before submitting new data or using new features. You can also submit a support ticket through the user panel if you have questions about this policy or how your account data is handled.
