No email required · Unlimited devices

This guide follows one complete setup path: get your subscription, import it on the device you use, then verify the connection. Instructions for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS are below; read only the section for your device. The Linux client is also available in the account panel. For platform questions, see Frequently Asked Questions.

Button labels and menu locations vary by client. Look for options such as “Add subscription” or “Import from URL,” and follow the wording in your client. The examples here are not screenshots of a specific interface.
Before you begin

Create an account and open the account panel

Start by opening the account creation page. Follow the prompts to set a username and password, check that the details are correct, then submit. VPNPT doesn’t require an email address. Keep your username and password somewhere safe; you’ll use the same account to view plans, get your subscription, and access the panel on other devices.

After submitting, you should land in the account panel or be prompted to sign in with the details you just set. Check two things: the page shows your account status, and you can find the plans or purchase section. If the form is still on screen, read the nearby prompts and check that your username is available and both password entries match, then submit again. Don’t create multiple accounts just because the page hasn’t changed.

Once your account is ready, choose a subscription type. There’s no need to install a client or look for route addresses yet: your subscription will be available in the panel after your plan is activated. Following the steps in order makes troubleshooting easier later.

Choose based on your usage

Choose a monthly plan or a data package, then place your order

Open the plans section in the account panel and start by considering how often you’ll use the service, not just the price. If you use it regularly and want a set amount of data each month, compare the monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on each plan’s activation date. If you find your plan isn’t the right fit, an upgrade partway through the billing period applies the price difference to the remaining days.

For occasional use, compare the data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. A data package remains valid until used up and never expires, unlike a monthly plan that resets. Consider how often you expect to use it, whether you need a continuous connection, and how much data you actually need. If you’re unsure, check the options on the plans and pricing page; there’s no need to rush your decision just to continue this guide.

Once you’ve decided, open the plan in the panel and check its name, price, and data allowance, then follow the checkout instructions to pay. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted. Return to the panel and confirm that your plan status has updated before copying your subscription. If it doesn’t appear right after payment, refresh the account overview and check the order status to avoid placing a duplicate order. VPNPT offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for details.

Choose This Plan
Get your configuration from the panel

Find your subscription link

Once your plan status is confirmed, open the account overview in the panel and find your current subscription and the copy option. The panel provides a subscription link containing the information your client needs to retrieve route configurations. Copy it to your device’s clipboard, then paste it into the client using an option such as “Import from URL.” There’s no need to enter route settings manually.

Don’t post your subscription link on public pages, forums, or shared documents. The https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN below is only a format example; it won’t connect and isn’t a VPNPT subscription link. Only use the link shown in the panel after you sign in. If you can’t find the copy button, check that you’re signed in to the right account and that your plan status has updated, then look in the subscription section of the panel.

Once you have the link, read the section for the device you’re using. You can use unlimited devices, but you’ll need to import the subscription into the client on each one. Copying the link on your computer won’t automatically add routes to another device. To set up another device, sign in to your account panel on that device and copy the link there.

Client setup · Windows

Import your subscription on Windows

On your Windows computer, sign in to the client section of the account panel and review the Windows client options and instructions. Getting the client and retrieving your subscription are separate steps: prepare the client as directed in the panel, then return to the account overview to copy your subscription link. The marketing site doesn’t provide installer links, helping you avoid the wrong version or mistaking someone else’s configuration for your own.

In the client, look for subscription management, add configuration, or import from URL. Paste the link you copied, then save and update the subscription as prompted. The route list should appear when the update is complete. This confirms that the configuration has been imported, but it doesn’t mean your device is connected yet. Select a route, start the connection from the client’s main screen, then check the results in the “Test your connection” section.

If the route list is still empty after importing, check that you pasted the full link and ran the client’s update, then copy the link from the panel again. Don’t paste the account overview URL from your browser’s address bar into the import field: the client needs the subscription link provided by the panel, not the account page address.

Client setup · macOS

Update the route list on macOS

On your Mac, open the client downloads section in the account panel and read the macOS client instructions. After preparing the client, copy your subscription from the same account’s overview page. Depending on the client, the option may be in the main window, menu bar, or subscription settings. Look for an option to add a subscription link; it doesn’t need to have the same name as the option on another device.

After pasting and saving the link, use the client’s update option and wait for the route list to appear. Check that the selected configuration is the VPNPT subscription you just added. If the client still has an older configuration, selecting the wrong one can make the routes differ from those shown in the panel. Once the list looks right, choose a route for your service’s region and connect.

macOS may display a system permission prompt the first time you enable a network connection. Read the prompt and confirm as required, then check the connection status in the client. If you haven’t completed the permission step, the connection may remain inactive even though the routes were imported. Resolve the system prompt before trying another route.

Client setup · Android

Add your subscription on Android

On your Android device, sign in to the account panel and find the Android client options. Then open the account overview, copy your subscription link, and switch to the client. The import option may be called “Add subscription,” “Import link,” or “Add configuration.” Choose the option for importing a link, paste the details from the panel, save, and run an update.

After a successful update, the client should show routes you can select—not just a “Saved” message. Choose a route and start the connection. Your device may ask for permission to set up a network connection; read the prompt and confirm as required. Return to the client and check that its status has changed from pending to connected, then test access to your service. If you dismissed the prompt and the connection didn’t start, try connecting again in the client and check for the system prompt.

When copying and pasting between apps, check that you haven’t pasted an old link by mistake. If the list is empty, copy the link again from the panel and make sure the subscription link is in the import field. Don’t edit any characters in the link. For help reconnecting after switching mobile networks, see the Frequently Asked Questions. This page focuses on getting your first connection working.

Client setup · iOS

Import and enable your configuration on iOS

On your iOS device, open the client section of the account panel and follow its instructions to get a compatible client. Once it’s ready, return to the account overview and copy your subscription link. The marketing site doesn’t provide a subscription link you can use directly. Don’t use the example link in this guide as your account configuration.

Open the client’s subscription or configuration settings and choose the option to add a link. Paste and save it, then refresh the subscription and confirm that the route list has loaded before choosing a region. The first time you connect, iOS may ask you to approve network configuration permissions. Follow the system prompts and return to the client to check its status. Seeing a route name doesn’t mean the connection is active; start the connection and check the status feedback.

If you only see old routes after updating the subscription, check that you’re viewing the configuration you just added, then try updating again. If the client says it can’t read the link, copy it from the panel again in case another action replaced the clipboard contents. Once the import is complete, follow the next section to check your exit location and access to your service.

Make your first connection

Connect to a route and confirm it works

Whatever platform you use, choose a route that matches your service’s region, then connect in the client. VPNPT offers IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. You don’t need to study every technical difference to get started: choose a region for your needs, confirm the connection works, and adjust based on your experience. For a detailed guide to choosing a route, read the international network access buying guide or browse the routes page.

Check two things separately: whether the client says you’re connected, and whether the website or app you want to use is accessible. Compare the exit region shown on your device before and after connecting, then open the service or load content in the app. If the client says connected but a service still isn’t available, first check whether the selected region meets that service’s requirements, then try another suitable route. A connected status in the client doesn’t guarantee every app is working.

If the client can’t connect, check these in order: your plan status, whether the subscription list updated successfully, whether you selected a route, and whether you completed the system permission prompts. This helps identify whether the issue is with your account, import, or connection, instead of reinstalling the client without addressing the actual problem. If you still need help, search the “Connection and troubleshooting” section of the help center. For assistance with your account status, open a support ticket in the account panel.

What to do next

Once connected, choose a route that suits your needs. For an issue with one device or service, start with the Frequently Asked Questions. If you haven’t chosen a plan yet, compare monthly plans and data packages on the pricing page. There’s no need to create another account.
